Be sure to keep reading all those great books!  Announcements:Volunteer Fingerprinting and Orientation Clinic: Tuesday, August 14, 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.- SAU Office The process takes approximately 20 minutes Looking to clean out your basement this summer? We are looking into building a collection of band instruments (flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones, snare drums & bell sets) for future 4th grade learners to use.   • June 18, 2018 Dear Families:The children have been doing a great job working till the very end of school. A few kindergarten learners wrote a very persuasive writing piece asking for a pool for the school. So, I made sure to answer their request.   • June 4, 2018 Dear GES Families:I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend. This past week our kindergartners walked to important places in our community. I have included a photo of Ms. Wagner’s learners visiting with the DPW. They had a blast learning about all the responsibilities of the men and women that work there.We are holding the Gilford Gauntlet event this Wednesday, June 6th and are in need of some volunteers to help the day run smoothly!   • May 29, 2018 Dear GES Families:We certainly had a wonderful week at GES.  We started with a fun cookout and successful book fair before showing off our community connections at the Community Partners Night. The next day we were amazed by Hagerman, the Science Wizard and we ended the week celebrating Memorial Day. We gathered at the cemetery to remember and pay tribute to those who sacrificed for our country. All of our learners were very respectful while they sang Patriotic Songs, recited the Pledge of Allegiance, and listened to Taps played by two Gilford High School students.
